Yacht Racing
Get your team together for an afternoon of adrenalin, fun and excitement with a competitive edge! Yacht racing is great as a teambuilding exercise for your employees, networking with valuable clients, or as an adrenalin rush to blow out the cobwebs from a heavy conference schedule. A series of 3 races are run on up 4 similar yachts (39’ to 43’) over short courses determined on the day dependent on the wind strength and direction. Your team takes control with help and instruction from your skipper and works together to achieve a winning result. Achieve maximum speed and optimum position through helming, trimming sails, navigating and making the right strategic decisions.

This is an excellent team building exercise and above all it’s fun, fun, fun!!


On Water Treasure Hunt
This activity is ideal when you are looking for a fun way to get your team afloat and working together out of the office environment. A series of clues and challenges will take them around Pittwater either competing against other teams or the clock. Identify locations, find miscellaneous objects, question the locals and solve clues to complete the challenge........


Just Cruisin'
Ideal when you just want to relax and take in the natural beauty of Pittwater. Using a cruising yacht or catamaran from our Charter Fleet your skipper will take you on a memorable journey, taking in all the secret places on this great waterway. Add some fine wine and food and you have the recipe for an experience not to be forgotten. (Private whale watching tours available in season).


Your skippers
The safety of your team is our prime concern so a Smart Boating professional skipper will be on board to instruct and guide your team. This also ensures you enjoy your time (and don't tack when you should gybe!!) and means no previous experience is necessary, just a thirst for action. We guarantee that by the end of the series your skipper will have you racing the yacht like an experienced team.
