Not the best for overnighting except in Westerly winds, as they are a bit too exposed. Great for a swim and walk on the beach or a spot for the kids to run off a bit of energy. These beaches get the early morning sun as soon as it pops up, so if you're in America or Refuge Bay and it's too cool, chug on over and have breakfast in the sunshine with only the birds as company. Great for a swim. <P>Very secluded but tends to get a bit of power boat wash at peak times in the morning and afternoon.<BR><BR></P></MENU></MENU></TD> <TD vAlign=top align=middle width=280><BR><BR>
